Golden Concept is a luxury lifestyle brand from Sweden that creates exclusive, ultra-high-quality cases for Apple iPhone and Apple Watch. We are the only Golden Concept official distributor in Malaysia. We are looking for Retail Sales Associate to join our first outlet in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As a retail salesperson, your day-to-day tasks will include providing product knowledge and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and effectively communicating with clients.

Experience in the retail industry- Strong sales and customer service skills
Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
- Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment- Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products
- Ability to work shift hours, including public holiday and weekends.
