Responsibilities:- Provide advice on product line to customers based on features.
Advise customers on current sales and promotions and other value-added information.- Attend to customers pre and post sales inquiries with tactfulness such as (i) Walk through showroom experience with customers. (ii) Follow up with customers on sharing of information and proposals, troubleshooting and etc towards customers satisfaction.
Maintain the operations of the showroom on a daily basis according to company requirements and standard.
- Handle all aspects of store including monitoring order, receiving of stock and storage of items. Maintain update and inventory records.
Achieve sales target of the showroom.- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least an SPM, STPM, A Level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.- 2-4 years of experience in consumer electronics retailing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. A resourceful self-starter who is proactive and adept at handling customers with skill and tact.- Self-motivated and target-driven with a keen interest in learning and growing within the retail industry.
Comfortable with using digital technologies to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong prioritization, organizational, and administrative skills.
A collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership and commitment. Values trust and respect to foster a harmonious and united working environment.- Willingness to work on weekends.
Commission and Incentive
