Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries on various social media platforms, such as Tiktok, Shopee, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Additionally, the Sales Assistant may be required to conduct live sessions to generate leads and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiry Management:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through Tiktok, Shopee, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor when communicating with customers.
Lead Generation and Sales:
- Conduct live sessions on designated platforms to showcase products/services, generate leads, and close sales.
Engage with potential customers in a persuasive manner to promote products/services and drive conversions.- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Assist in achieving sales targets by actively participating in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales and marketing team in organizing and maintaining customer databases and records.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, including customer inquiries, leads generated, and sales closed.- Assist in general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Proficient in using social media platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.- Comfortable conducting live sessions and utilizing various sales techniques to close deals.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work during scheduled working hours
