Job Description:As a Retail Sales Ambassador at LA BRAND, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect bag, provide product knowledge, and ensure the shop is well-maintained and inviting.
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
- Provide detailed product information and advice on branded bags
Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Support the team in achieving sales targets and shop goals
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for fashion and luxury brands
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
EPF / SOCSO / EIS
6 Off Days Per Month- With Commission Would Easily Reach RM5000 and Above
