Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle payment transactions.
  • Contribute towards achieving outlet sales, sales growth and quality customer service.
  • Build & maintain positive relationships with customers (customer service).
  • Assist in all aspects of the outlet, including cleanliness and cheerfulness.
  • Show & provide relevant information to customers.
  • Provide advice, guidance and understand customer needs.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints including Whatsapp.
  • Promote sales to potential customers.

  • Able to work in shifts (morning and evening) and work on weekends and public holidays (double pay).
  • Candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Diligent and detailed.
  • Can work in a team.
  • Can work overtime (OT).
  • Actively maintain personal & company image.
  • Carry out other tasks that have been arranged and comply with the company's SOP.
