Job Description - Assist sales representatives in preparing and processing sales orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and interactions.- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team to track and reconcile stock.- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM level Required language(s): Malay and English
