Ultimately, an outstanding shop assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage)
- Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage
- Welcome customers into the Kiosk & helping customers to identify and purchase products
- Attend to customers enquiries
- Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers
- Drive sales & achieve sales targets
