l Advising & serving customers.

l Processing payment.

l Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.

l Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.

l Promoting store cards or special offers.

l Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.

l Arrange window displays.

l Handling customers complaints or handling customers on to management.
