Job Description
- Develop rolling forecast demand and statistical forecast model by analysing historical sales trend, sales demand including market research to reflect sales and marketing assumptions.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely stock replenishment across all sales channels.- Manage and maintain demand planning process including updating relevant spreadsheets and database, outlet inventory and stock performance analysis
Identify and highlight risks and opportunities to ensure stock level is managed effectively and efficiently.
- Plan and review purchase orders for timely delivery of raw materials to support production planning and meet sales orders requirements.
Prepare reports and analysis weekly / monthly based on requests.- Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.
Good understanding of forecast models and methods, supply chain processes and practices.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Spread Sheet and other data analysis tools.
Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant field.
High emotional intelligence and strong people skills.- Possess a positive mindset and able to work in a fast moving work environment.
Independent, Result-driven and self-motivated.
- Good time management & Stress management.
