Providing assistance directly to customer, promoting products, and arranging stocks. Sales Assistants need in-depth knowledge of company products, so they can better sell them. Their services include helping shoppers locate and test products, facilitating transactions, and assisting customers in carrying and loading their purchases. Being friendly and inquisitive also helps them provide good sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Greeting customers and assisting them in making purchases.
Identifying customers needs and matching these with available products or services.
- Advising customers on promotions, purchase policies, and new offers.
Staying updated on the stores evolving products.- Maintaining the stores neatness and arranging displays.
Ensuring that the store is well-stocked.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Candidate must possess at least a SPM at any field.
Customer service oriented- Willing to work on shift basis, weekends & Public Holidays
Experience in Retail Pharmacy and able to start work immediately are an added advantage
