LOCATION: Shah Alam
Accurately dispense prescription medications to customers, ensuring the correct drug, dosage, and quantity are provided based on the healthcare provider's prescription. Ensure mixing, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceuticals according to policy and legal requirements to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal.
- Provide guidance to customers on the proper use of medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, storage, and drug interactions.
Help patients manage their health conditions and medications by reviewing their medication profiles, identifying potential issues, suggesting solutions, and guiding patients to use medical devices.- Monitor inventory levels, order and purchase pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, and drugs and maintain proper storage conditions for medications.
Supervise and train pharmacy assistants, interns, and other support staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, advice and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Candidate must possess a bachelors degree, professional degree, masters degree, pharmacy/pharmacology or equivalent.
- Registered with Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board
Eligible to obtain License A- Preferable candidate with experience
