Job Responsibilities:- To ensure that the Retail Outlet is running smoothly, efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs and quality customer service
Manage and attend to customer enquiries at the retail outlet- Assist customers with the right product selection
Manage customers parcels and ensure punctual collection by pick-up team
- Knowledge in parcel shipment
Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office- Provide timely feedback and suggestions to the retail supervisor
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the retail outlet at all time
Posses at least a Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience in retail sales
- Fresh graduates welcomed to apply
Experience in service/retail industry is advantagedGood communication skills
and has a positive and sales driven attitude Able to communicate in Malay & English
- 6-month contract (renewable based on performance)
Willing to work at Bangsar and other outletsPossess own transport
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
