Oversee and maintain efficient retail operations, maximise and sustain steady revenue stream from retail outlets- Responsible for overall stock positioning/management and periodic review of stock status to ensure stock control policies are in place
Ensure accurate pricing display, visual merchandising presentation meets company's standards and upkeep brand image
- Identify and analyse market and customer requirements to improve sales and services
Measurement customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback and service recovery- Supervise retail executive and outlet staff daily operation sakes progress and performance
Able to undertake ad-hoc tasks and related duties assigned by superior
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related fields
- Proven track record as a Retail Manager
Strong leadership and customer management abilities- Customer service oriented with knowledge of business management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
Proficient in Retail Management Software and POS System- Able to travel frequently
Able to work
- 5 Days (Rest Days on Weekday)
