Provide advice and guidance on supplements and general health products to customers.- Responsible for sales for healthcare categories including health supplements, over-the-counter and general nutrition.
Guide, train, and motivate subordinates in promoting customer service, maintaining quality services to the customers
- Handle all orders of healthcare products from branches and local supplier
Responsible for handling stock take and also annual member sales event- Managing digital marketing platforms e.g. Shopee, Instagram
Able to work on retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Preferable able to speak Mandarin
Working experience in the healthcare retail industry are welcome- Possess diploma/degree in Nutrition, Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent.
