Job Descriptions :- Lead the development and execution of retail sales campaigns to increase foot traffic, sales figures, and brand impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.- Utilize digital platforms (social media, email marketing, website optimization) to engage target audiences and drive both online and offline sales.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to innovate marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in retail marketing or a closely related field is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills as well.- Innate creativity and adept problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with a wide array of digital marketing tools and platforms.
