Accountable on store performance and result in terms of Sales, Operation & People.
Make sure the store operation can smoothly run at any times, response and resolve when issues happen (Eg: inventory, manpower, products quality, customer experience)
Ensure the team is giving excellence customer experience, every customer leaving our store with awesome feeling.
Understand company and store's KPI, build, train and work together with the team in order to achieve Store KPI.
Able to handle different type of responsibilities within the job scope.
Sales oriented.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience as retail manager or any relevant experiences preferred.
Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for interacting with staff, customers, and higher-level management.
The ability to identify and address operational challenges and make decisions that benefit the store and its customers
Discipline, energetic, positive and responsible attitude.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays. (6 days per week)
