Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Supervise and train the sales team to enhance overall service quality.
  • Maintain good customer relationships, answer inquiries, and provide professional advice.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensure adequate stock levels, and plan restocking.
  • Handle store hygiene, safety, and other related management tasks.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or higher; degrees in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Agricultural Resources are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience; experience in agricultural chemicals and fertilizer sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Passionate about the agriculture industry, responsible, and proactive.
  • Familiar with store operation processes and have basic marketing knowledge.
