Date : 24th & 25th May 2024 (Friday & Saturday)

Location : AEON Mall Tebrau City Meeting Room (Level 1, Near The Bag Shop outlet)

• Job Responsibilities:

6 months intensive training covering the principles of Operations and Management - to develop skills & knowledge in retail industry.

• To learn about Selling Floor and Backroom Management, Inventory Control and Ordering, Manpower Management and Customer Service.

To learn about business strategy - Product displays and merchandise management

• To ensure smoothness of day to day operation.

• Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent.

• Good in verbal and written communication skills.

Enthusiast and agile to work with minimum supervision.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel & PowerPoint.

Possess great time-management and self-discipline.

• Applicants must be willing to work at any of our AEON Stores Nationwide.
