Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Retail Management Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about micro-mobility and/or scuba diving. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our store's operational excellence and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily store operations, ensuring the shop meets its sales targets and operational goals.
- Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and organize in-store promotions or events.
- Address and resolve customer issues with a problem-solving mindset.
- Train and develop new staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Energetic and proactive, with a hands-on approach to retail management.
- Passion for diving is a plus.
- Experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
