Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Learn and assist in various aspects of motor retail operations, including sales, and after-sales service.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in customer service activities, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for vehicle buyers.
  • Gain knowledge in vehicle stock management, showroom display, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the financial aspects of the dealership, such as pricing, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
  • Learn about the latest automotive trends, products, and technologies to advise customers effectively.
  • Participate in leadership training to develop managerial skills for future roles within the dealership.

Job Requirements

  • Min SPM and got experienced in Automotive, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Interest in the automotive industry with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
