Job Title: Retail Executive/Senior Retail Executive

Job Summary:
As an Outlet Head/Retail Executive, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet, ensuring that sales targets are met and that high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. Your leadership skills and retail management expertise will drive the performance of the outlet, contributing to the overall success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurately recorded.
Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained. Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
: Lead, motivate, and manage the retail staff. Schedule shifts, organize training and development sessions, and conduct performance evaluations.Visual Merchandising
: Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the outlet is presented attractively and that products are displayed according to company guidelines. Monitor the store's appearance and ensure it meets brand standards.Financial Management: Monitor and manage the outlet's budget. Prepare and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and profitability. Ensure efficient cash handling and reconciliation processes.
- Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns and events. Ensure the team is briefed on current promotions and that marketing materials are displayed effectively.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Proven experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.- Customer-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
