Responsibilities:- Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs customer service & discipline;
Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs welfare & resolve customers enquiries/complaints;- Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;
Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;
- Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;
With at least 2 years of working experience in retail environment;
- Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;
Possess good leadership skills;- Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;
Computer Literate.
