Responsibilities:- Assist in operations issues & monitoring of staffs customer service & discipline;
Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs welfare & resolve customers enquiries/complaints;- Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;
Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;
- Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.
Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;
- With at least 2 years of working experience in retail environment;
Pleasant personality and appearance, independent and self-motivated;- Possess good leadership skills;
Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;
