At CNI Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd, we are looking for a Consumer and Center Development Executive to join our young and vibrant team in Malaysia. This role is all about making a significant impact on our service center's growth and ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible.

• Position: Consumer and Center Development Executive

• Based at HQ: Wisma CNI, Glenmarie, Shah Alam

• What You'll Do: You will be an essential part of our team, responsible for:

• Identifying and developing strategies to enhance the consumer experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service center operations.

• Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements based on insights.

Managing and monitoring consumer satisfaction metrics.

• Continuously seeking ways to optimize processes and maximize consumer engagement.

Organize and participate event to enhance sale performance in the center.

• Coaching Service Centre's team and monitor their performance in order to achieve company's target.

• Experience in supervise outlet staff

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Development

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, speak well in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
