Restocking and neatly repacking sold items onto shelves.
Assembling product displays, dressing mannequins, arranging merchandise in store front and keep up with professional display presentation with company guidelines and standards.
Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Attending and assist customer for product issues.
Follow-up with superiors and customer for stock order
Assist stock take as assigned.
Promoting a positive store culture by welcoming and greeting customers, provide exceptional customer services during customer interactions.
Maintaining an organized and clean sales floor including toilet cleaning with 5 senses.
To take responsibility on companys utilities and amenities (coffee machine, television, air-conditioner, computer, sound system, tools, air-freshener, toiletries etc)
Manage and posting on individual social media including video shooting and LIVE
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management through proactive selling and effective customer engagement.
Assisting on preparing daily cash and daily sales report.
Providing customer database daily
Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidates with 2 years of relevant working experience is an added advantage
Ability to proficiently speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
Has worked in customer service related jobs is an added advantage
