Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to customer and ascertain their needs to drive sales.
  • Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands, and promotions.
  • Handle customers pre and post-sales inquires tactfulness.
  • Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Technology enthusiast.
  • Customer-oriented, patient and friendly.
  • Possesses good discipline, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good knowledge or a strong interest in electronic products, including gadgets, televisions, and other home appliances.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and a shift basis (following the retail shop's operational hours).
  • Proficiency in English or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
