Retail Associates, Michael Kors, Johor Premium Outlets The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.
Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
. Able to converse in English, Malay & Mandarin
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Min 1 year retail experience is required.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
7 Off-days per month.
