This is a full-time role to support retail operations of our Bath & Body Works store at Johor Premium Outlets by providing excellent customer service and achieving the sales goals
The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.
Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Min 1 year retail experience is required.
Fluent in English, Malay & Mandarin.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
7 Off-days per month.
