High-end Italian luxury fashion house label specializing in men's and women's ready-to-wear, accessories, glasses, cosmetics, and perfumes.

• Position: Retail Associate/ Senior Retail Associate

Kuala Lumpur (TRX, Pavilion & The Garden)

• Job Descriptions:

As a retail associate, will be an ambassador of the brand

• Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company promise.

Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.

• Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

• Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.

• Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience

Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories

• Engage with Clients to develop longterm relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.

Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store

• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge

Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviours

• Follow the companys policies and procedures.

• Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/a- Level/ Pre-U, any field

• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position

The individual has to be well-spoken, presentable, and well groomed

• Required Language(S) Good Command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Remuneration Package:

Basic RM 2,

• 00 RM 3,500.00/month
• Guarantee Commissions RM 1,500.00/month

Incentives Provided

• 13-month Salary (AWS)

5 days work/week (Retails Hour)

• 42.5 Hours work/week
