Job Description
- To achieve outlet daily/monthly sales target, recognize sales opportunities and ability to maximize the sales opportunity via up and cross selling. Establish long-term relationships with customers, improve customer buying interest and build the brand confidence. Act as brand ambassador to portray professional and high level of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve monthly sales target given by superior.
Provide excellent customer services to enrich the customer shopping experience in our retail stores.- Interact with customers by providing comprehensive product information and propose gift ideas to customers for any occasion.
Able to do product articulations and demonstration to customers.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensuring all merchandise are properly displayed.
Process sales quotations, orders & deliveries, handle inventory related works, if any.
Job Requirements- Candidates must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
Preferably with
minimum1 year of retail sales experienceRequired Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Basic computer skills.- Dynamic, friendly with cheerful disposition and a team player.
Self-motivated, proactive and result driven with strong passion in sales related roles.
- Able to work on rotating shift schedule including weekends and public holidays.
