Requirements

Minimum of SPM level education.
Good spoken and written mastery for English and Bahasa
Growth driven and a great team player.
Adaptable, fast paced and wiling to learn/re-learn skills.
Friendly, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile for our kawans.
Willing to do physical work where necessary and stand for extended periods of time.
Diligent in doing quality assurance checks and ensuring the tidiness of the store.

Provide exceptional customer service to customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Candidate must have skills and knowledge in cash handling and visual merchandising.
Be passionate and interested about the products we sell.
Have to be quick on your feet and quick thinking!
Assist in day-to-day restocking and constant quality assurance.
Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
Pay attention to buying patterns and be able to assist store manager in maximizing sales.
Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
