Customer Engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering inquiries, and offering expert advice on running products, footwear, and gear.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the running industry.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure the availability of products. Collaborate with suppliers for timely restocking.
Visual Merchandising
- Create appealing in-store displays and arrangements to attract customers and promote featured products.
Online Presence
- Manage online orders, process transactions, and provide online customer support. Ensure accurate product listings and monitor online reviews and ratings.
Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies. Create engaging social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
Sports Events
- Actively participate in sports expos, races, and exhibitions. Represent the company and build brand awareness through networking and engagement.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share product insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Training
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Minimum education: SPM, though a degree or diploma is a valuable asset.
2+ years of relevant retail industry experience, either in-store or online.
A strong passion for the sports industry, with bonus points if you're a runner yourself.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
Possession of a valid Malaysia driver's license.
Tech-savvy with basic IT skills (on-the-job training available).
Excellent organizational abilities.
Flexibility in work arrangements.
Effective team player.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Resilience in handling challenges and constructive criticism.
Willingness to travel (travel expenses compensated).
Availability for flexible working hours, including public holidays (additional allowances provided).
