We are seeking a passionate Retail Assistant to join our organic shop team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in organic products and sustainable living, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic retail environment. Proficiency in Chinese is required to cater to our diverse customer base.
Assist customers in selecting organic products, providing information on their benefits and uses.
- Experience operating the Point of Sale (POS) system is preferred.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.- Stock shelves, manage inventory, and report low stock levels.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
- Promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Education: SPM or equivalent required.
- Experience: Fresh graduate is welcomed, and Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a grocery or organic shop setting.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of organic products, nutrition, and sustainable practices.
Familiarity with inventory management and stocking procedures.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
Basic problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
Training:
