Job Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers via walk-ins, calls and Whatsapp in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide support to customers inquiries by providing accurate information regarding courier services, pricing and shipment solutions.- Manage, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing domestic and international parcels accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain clean, hygienic and organize all areas of the branch.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Possess at least Diploma
education qualified.- At least 1 year experience in courier services, retail or a similar role is preferred.
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to use computer and basic skill in Microsoft Excel.
Possess energy, integrity a positive attitude, hardworking, independent and customer service oriented.- Able to work commit retail hours, on weekends and also able to rotate around different store location as and when required.
