Job Responsibility
- Present and demonstrate Nateskins products
- Listen and understand customers wants and needs to recommend suitable products.
- Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers.
- Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge to existing and potential customers
- Work closely with Managers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, on-going promotions, and product improvement.
- Provide training to future sales staff
- Be required to work on some weekends and Public holidays during a pop-up week
- Handle merchandise display
- TikTok and Reels: To be involved with some TikTok/IG Reels content, when required.
- Any other special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
Job Requirements
As our full-time Retail Assistant, you will work closely with the Nateskin sales team to operate our retail outlets throughout the Klang Valley (1Utama and KLCC).
- No minimum qualification needed. We hire based on your personality and values.
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to effectively communicate and explain our products to potential customers.
- Have access to your own car to get around different retail locations.
- An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things sales and communications.
- A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing team
