Job Responsibility

Provide professional customer care services to customers
To professionally provide descriptions and impart proper cat care knowledge on companyâs product & promote suitable products to customers
To take care of the companyâs Cat Hotel according to proper procedures
To do Cat Grooming according to proper methods
To maintain a standard cleanliness and hygienic environment of companyâs Cat Hotel and Cat Grooming areas
To provide utmost care for the customersâ cats that requires the companyâs Cat Hotel & Cat Grooming services
To ensure correct store-keeping ways of handlings products and coordinates the sufficient stock level
To maintain procedures and methods according to Standard Operating Procedure
To work as a Cashier
To maintain companyâs Pet Shop, Cat Hotel & Cat Grooming in proper condition

Job Requirements

No allergy to cats
Not afraid to handle cats
Have own cats or a cat person is preferable
Own Transport is preferable
Able to work during retail hours, including public holiday & weekends
Able to learn Cat Hotel & Cat Grooming skills (provided by company)
Able to work in a team & follow the leadership of a leader
Have basic math calculations & computer skill
Pleasant personality and good communication skill
Honest, Responsible, Adaptable & Able to learn new skills and knowledge with result-oriented skill
