Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Attend to customers inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
  • Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and monitor inventory, stock and products
  • Price tagging and arrangement of stocks
  • Carry out the daily work of live operations
  • Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
  • Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist in stock takes and other events
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field
  • Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field
  • Candidates with no experience and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Language requirements: English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
  • Self-motivated and passionate about retail
