Job Description

Job Responsibility

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to guests.
  • Maintaining store presentation and merchandising to the highest standards.
  • Assisting with the processing of sales transactions and handling of cash and payments.
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Ensuring a clean and organised retail space at all times.
  • Communicating effectively with the retail team to support store operations.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Able to work on rotation of shifts, weekends and public holidays.
