Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the sales and well-being of retail operations
  • Provide daily business services for retail customers
  • Promote the available products to customers
  • Follow up on after sales service
  • Able to manage and oversee the shops daily operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience are welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have basic knowledge in using pc/email and words
  • Dedication to and proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
