Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Recruit, train, guide, and manage store employees
  • Ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality service.
  • Develop and execute operational plans; manage supply chain, inventory, cost control for smooth operations.
  • Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, maintain good customer relationships.
  • Monitor financial status, develop budgets and sales targets, ensure profitability, control costs.
  • Develop strategies, execute promotional activities, enhance store visibility and customer traffic.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguard employees and customers health.
  • Oversee daily maintenance and equipment upkeep, ensure a clean environment and proper equipment functioning.

Job Requirements

  • A least SPM holder
  • Proven experience working as a supervisor in the F&B industry.
  • Passion and warmth.
  • Eager to grow
  • Strong management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Non Muslim due to business nature (Non-halal)
