Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Guide guests to their seats and provide friendly service.
  • Assist guests in understanding the menu, introduce specialty dishes, answer guests questions, and take their orders.
  • Recommend specialty dishes, beverages, or meal packages
  • Handle guests complaints or issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Cooperate with the kitchen, other servers, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the work area, ensuring the hygiene and safety of tableware and the restaurant environment.

Job Requirements

  • A least SPM holder
  • Proven experience working as a waiter in the F&B industry.
  • Passion and warmth.
  • Eager to grow
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
  • Non Muslim due to business nature (Non-halal)
