Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drink options.
  • Create innovative and signature cocktails to enhance our menu and keep it fresh and exciting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with FOH crew and kitchen staff to ensure timely and coordinated service during busy hours.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new ingredients to continually enhance your skills and offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple orders efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
  • A passion for mixology and a creative flair for inventing new drinks.
