- Job Description: The Restaurant Supervisor will assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the outlet This includes supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations.- Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent service.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.- Good understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems.
