Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Train other restaurant staffs.
  • Manage restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with dine in customers to enquire about food quality and service.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Monitor the restaurants cash flow.
  • Monitor restaurant sales target and motivate staff to work towards achieving monthly sales target.
  • Conduct customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Required Languange(s) : English and Mandarin
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work Overtime when is required.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Adhere to company culture.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong team work spirit.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
