JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum Education: Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Requiredlanguage(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English- Minimum Experience: 2 years working experience in hotel/restaurant
Able to work under pressure and supervise junior staff with respect during stress moments
- Able to perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager-on-Duty in the absence of essential staff to serve and manage peak hours
- Strong supervision of junior staffs during peak hours to deliver quick service and order delivery to customer
To work under pressure and supervise junior staff with respect during stress moments
- Co-ordinate with BOH staff on daily basic menu/new menu or special promotional menu for a fixed period
To perform multi-tasks as guided by Manager-on-Duty in the absence of essential staff to serve and manage peak hours- Assist F&B Assistant reset table to minimize waiting time in food service as well as producing sales order in the POS system
Ensure food served according to description given in the menu and treat hot food safely on table before guest
