Job Title: Outlet Crew Member
Location: Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam (nearby to Sg Buloh/Bukit Jelutong)

Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,500
Job Description: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Outlet Crew Members to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining the quality standards of our outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to outlet standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen.
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system.
Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
