Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Serve gelato to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Assist customers in selecting flavours, provide information about our products, and address inquiries and concerns.
  • Take orders, process payments, and manage transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure the gelato serving area, equipment, and display cases are clean and tidy.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and manage supplies as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Full-Time: Flexibility to work 5 and 6 days per week, with alternating weekly schedules.
  • Part-Time: Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
