Job Responsibilities- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way.
Take orders and serve food and beverage to customers according to restaurant standards.- To handle customers inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner & monitor customer satisfaction.
To be able to explain, recommend and upsell the restaurant's products to the customers.
- Receiving and processing customer payments.
Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.- Provide support to junior staff with various tasks.
To ensure personal hygiene, restaurant hygiene and safety standards are kept at all times.
