The Experienced Restaurant/Caf Manager will leverage their extensive background in the hospitality industry to oversee and optimize the daily operations of the establishment. Advanced Customer Service:- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards.

Menu Innovation and Quality Control:- Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine the menu, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations and market trends.
Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.- Analyze sales data and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions about menu adjustments.
Vendor and Supplier Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, using negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality supplies, drawing on experience to manage vendor performance effectively.
Minimum of 5 years of experience
as a Restaurant/Caf Manager or in a similar high-responsibility role.- Deep understanding of business management, financial principles, and industry regulations.
Proven leadership and team management experience, with a history of achieving operational goals.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Expertise in food safety standards and regulatory compliance.- Proficiency in POS systems, financial software, and management tools.

Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management.
A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
