We currently have an exciting position for a motivated individual to join our Resource Management team in our office in CP Tower supporting the Asia Pacific Resource Planning and Management Team. The responsibility of this position applies to coordinating supplies within Asia Pacific region to ensure outages are properly and correctly staffed. In addition, the Resource Executive will be creating service offers for FS MY resources to Regional Entities.
How Youll Make an Impact
Continuously and proactively align resource demand of service projects in Asia-Pacific with relevant internal partners in sales, project management, Field Service AP and PCC and maintain overview and detailed forecast of resource demand and assignments for the region Asia-Pacific in the relevant IT systems.
Work together with Field Service Managers, Outage Managers and Field Service Coordinators to implement outage personnel resourcing & resource planning via Salesforce Lightning & SAP for the Siemens Energy Asia-Pacific market.
Actively co-ordinate between resource pools within Asia-Pacific region for optimum coverage of resource requirements balancing healthy utilization, training, capability levels, outage KPIs, HSE and work-life-balance of Field Engineers.
Actively connect with other regional organizations (Middle East, Europe/Africa, North & South America) to cover excess demand of region Asia-Pacific and support other regional organizations with resources from Asia-Pacific as available and required.
Provide relevant information and recommendations to FS Management based on shortfalls, development requirements and operational challenges.
Work together with subcontractors to maintain and implement 3rd party personnel resources planning & capability management.
Drive the integration of paperless service execution, data driven maintenance and utilization of the latest technologies in service execution.
Maintain certification and qualification matrix for local and international qualifications and certifications for the Field Service Organization of Malaysia.
Create Purchase Requisitions via PDPO system.
Prepare and issue offers to our customers via SAP system.
What You Bring
University degree or higher education level, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Power Generation or Oil & Gas Engineering background
3 5 years of experience working in a Field Maintenance environment, preferably in the Energy or Oil & Gas Sector, preferably with exposure to both, On-Site Execution and Project Management/ Back-Office, experience in Resource Management/HR is an additional advantage.
Experience in implementing/ administrating industrial software applications based on Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office software and/ or experience with international personnel deployment in Asia-Pacific and the relevant regulations and restrictions will be beneficial.
Strong communications skills and pro-active drive to visibility and collaboration with external and internal partners.
General understanding of project and organizations KPIs, relevant implementation and improvement strategies driving positive impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving competence with focus on balanced, pragmatic solutions.
Team player with the ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and focus on problem solving in a complex environment collaborating with international teams.
Excellent communication skills - fluent English (written / oral) and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work flexible hours on demand.
